PREGNANCY

• 2 prenatal visits- 1 in person and 2nd can be over the phone, if preferred

• 24/7 hour support via call/text/email

• 1 36 week in-home visit with midwife (if having home birth*)

LABOR

• continuous physical, mental, emotional, informational and spiritual support throughout labor and birth until about 2 hours after birth

• confidential pictures/videos taken during labor and/or birth if you desire

POSTPARTUM

• 1 postpartum in-home visit within 10 days after birth

• initial breastfeeding support

• postpartum support availability via text/call for anything from newborn to breastfeeding for the first 3 months (we’re honestly going to be friends!)

• a just-in-case backup doula

• access to my list of local resources/providers

• access to all tools and materials in my doula bag

• helpful recommendations ranging from favorite supplements to favorite birthing books
